HL588型自动结经机是我公司广泛吸收国内外各种结经机的优点，精心设计，精心制造而成，具有轻巧、高效、稳定可靠、经久耐用、操作维修方便等特点。本机适用各种棉、化纤的纯、混纺经纱（适用纱支范围Ne5-89支），解决了高支、高密织物接经时双经多，过头难等问题。带有分绞机构的结经机还可用于色织品种的接经，是G183A型自动结经机的升级换代产品。

HL588型自动结经机具有如下特点：
一、门幅系列齐全，经轴最大宽度可达3600毫米。
二、速度在200~600转/分范围内调速方便，运行稳定。
三、本机可配有分绞机构（用户选用），适用于色织品种，并可有效防止“双经”适用于高经　　密的织物（ 35根/厘米以上）。
四、本机具有二次剪纱机构，成结后再剪去纱尾，纱尾长短可调，最短仅3-4毫米，便于“过头”。
五、本机有三次挑纱失败自停功能，防止反复挑纱造成断纱。
六、有特殊设计的控纱机构，有利于减少“双经”。
七、测纱杆式活门机构更为可靠，能有效减少“单结”。
八、能显示机器的工作状态（运行速度及完成接经根数）。
九、机头前进有大、小两档步距，适用于不同经密的织物。
十、夹持器采用高强度铝合金型材制成，并可调节高低和倾斜角度符合人机工程要求。

　　Model HL588 automatic warp tying machine is a new type machine which widely absorbed advantages of various kinds of domestic and foreign new warp tying machine and is elaborately designed and manufactured by our company. It has characteristics of lightweight, high efficient, stable, reliable and durable, easy operation and maintenance and so on. The machine is suitable for various kind of pure and blend warp yarns of cotton or chemical fiber (suitable range of counts from Ne 5-89), and can better solve the difficult problem that when tying high-count and high-density fabric the double-warp is hard to pass through. The warp tying machine with the lease device can be also used in warp tying of yarn dyed fabric therefore it is an upgrading product of Model G183A automatic warp tying machine.
　　Model HL588 automatic warp tying machine has characteristics as follows:
一、 It can suit a complete set of widths and the maximum width of the warp beam can be 3600 mm.
二、 It can stably run with the speed ranging from 200 to 600r/mm with convenient speed regulation.
三、 Equipped with the lease device (optional) the machine can suit warp tying of high density product (over 35 ends/cm) to effectively prevent “double-warp”, it can be also used in warp-tying of as yarn-dyed fabric.
四、 The machine has the second yarn-cutting device, which can cut yarn tail after warp tying. The length of yarn tail is adjustable with the minimum length of 3 to 4 mm so it is easy to pass through.
五、 The machine has auto-stop function for yarn-pick failing in three times so it can prevent yarn breakage of repeated yarn-picking.
六、 The needle-control device with special design is available to reduce occurrence of “double-warp”.
七、 The yarn feeler bar value is reliable to effectively reduce “single knot”
八、 The operation state of the machine is displayed (running speed and number of tied warps).
九、 The machine head has large and small step distances to suit fabrics with different density of warps.
十、 The frame clamper is made of high strength aluminum alloy profile and its height and titling angle can meet requirement of the ergonomics.
